A rare moment in  Paris during a wine testing …A place where people meet to eat taste, drink and talk... differently ...

Maximum 20 persons

Eric not a wine merchant like all the others. He is uncompromising.

He hunts all the smallest wine producers that no ones knows to organise a wine testing.

But that' s  not all....

His  boutique has a cellar built in 1763 where you drink in the dark a first cup of champagne. 

All you eat is cooked and prepared by his mother... who is older than your grandMa...

All you eat  is seasonal, so you never know what you're going to eat.

All wines are organic during the wine testing. Surprising.

All is served on the family farm table.
